For over two decades, Norris Wright Sr. has done one thing exceptionally well: walking into organizations facing growth challenges and leaving them performing at a higher level.
His career spans 16 years at Nestlé USA — one of the world’s most demanding sales organizations — where he managed national accounts, led sales teams of 14 across multiple states, and built cross-functional, data-driven strategies that consistently delivered double-digit revenue growth.
He didn’t just hit targets — he exceeded them year after year at companies like Nestlé and the Bob Barker Company.
But Norris has never believed that business success tells the whole story.
In 2019, he established Strategy & Context Consulting LLC to deliver enterprise-level expertise to businesses and organizations that may not typically have access to it — while also supporting the development of future leaders.
As a former Career & Technical Education teacher at Hillsborough County Public Schools, Norris taught more than 150 middle school students annually and was named Ida S. Baker Educator of the Year (2020). This recognition was earned through measurable results, including a 92% course completion rate and a 35% increase in IT certification attainment among his students.
This results-oriented mindset remains at the core of Strategy & Context’s work today. Norris holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. He is also the author of Great Expectations, Goals, and Inspirations — a children’s book that reflects his belief that values, vision, and purpose should be cultivated early.
Whether he’s helping a company unlock new revenue streams, integrating AI into business operations, or leading workshops for young people on digital literacy and financial independence, Norris brings the same conviction: that every organization — and every individual — has untapped potential waiting to be developed.
