Founder Story
Strategy & Context Consulting LLC was founded in 2019 by Norris Wright.
Norris brings more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, sales strategy, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies to strengthen business development efforts, improve leadership performance, and implement strategies that drive growth.
Alongside his work in business consulting, Norris has also been deeply involved in community engagement and youth development initiatives. His work focuses on helping young people gain exposure to leadership skills, financial literacy, career opportunities, and personal development.
